StockWatch supports 34 monitor types out of the box, covering platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento as well as individual retailers such as Waterstones, eBay and Lush. For any other website, you can use custom CSS selectors to monitor specific elements on any page.
It depends on your plan. Power User checks as often as every 5 seconds, Standard every 15 seconds, and Free every 60 seconds. Notifications are sent instantly when a change is detected. The 60-second check on Free is deliberate: it is still often enough to catch a drop that only lasts a few minutes.
StockWatch sends notifications by Discord webhook and the browser extension on every plan, and by email on every plan, including Free (30 emails a month on Free, 1,000 on Standard and 10,000 on Power User). You can set up multiple webhooks and email addresses, and create custom routing rules to filter notifications by keywords, monitor, or priority.
Yes, team collaboration comes with the Power User plan, with 3 seats included. You can invite team members, assign roles, and share monitors so everyone stays in sync.
Your existing monitors will continue running. You just won't be able to create new monitors beyond your new plan's limit until you remove some. No data is lost when downgrading.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
