StockWatch supports 34 monitor types out of the box, covering platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix and Squarespace as well as individual retailers. For any other website, you can use custom CSS selectors to monitor specific elements on any page.
It depends on your plan. Power Users can poll every 5 seconds, Standard every 15 seconds, and Free every 60 seconds. Notifications are sent instantly when a change is detected. Sixty seconds on a free plan is deliberate: a drop that lasts two minutes is only catchable if something is looking that often.
StockWatch sends notifications via Discord webhooks and browser extension (all plans), plus email notifications on Standard and Power plans. You can set up multiple webhooks and email addresses, and create custom routing rules to filter notifications by keywords, monitor, or priority.
Yes! Standard and Power plans include team collaboration. You can invite team members, assign roles, and share monitors so everyone stays in sync.
Your existing monitors will continue running. You just won't be able to create new monitors beyond your new plan's limit until you remove some. No data is lost when downgrading.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
