Questions about paying
Do I need a card for Free?
No. Free needs no card and doesn't run out. You get 5 monitors, checked every 60 seconds, and we run one of them on our servers. The Pokemon Center queue alert doesn't count towards that. The rest run in your own browser through the extension, or through proxies of your own.
What is a cloud monitor?
One we run on our servers, through proxies we pay for, so it keeps checking while your computer is off. Your plan sets how many can run that way at once. Any others run in your own browser through the StockWatch extension, or through proxies you bring.
How does paying yearly work?
You pay for the year up front: £40 for Standard or £200 for Power User. That works out £8 cheaper than a year of monthly payments on Standard, and £40 cheaper on Power User. It renews each year until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, from Settings. The plan carries on until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and after that you're back on Free.
What happens to my monitors if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Monitors on shops the new plan doesn't include are paused, and a notification tells you which. The new plan also runs fewer monitors on our servers, so any over that number wait until you make room or move back up.
Which currency do you charge in?
Pounds sterling, wherever your card is from. If your bank works in euros or anything else, it does the conversion.
