There are two ways to keep alerts to the products you care about. The filters on a monitor are on every plan. Keyword tasks do more, and come with the Standard and Power User plans.
Filters on a monitor
Only products with these words: the monitor only tells you about products that match one of them. Separate them with commas, like "elite trainer box, booster".
Skip products with these words: leaves out anything that matches. "sleeves, playmat" keeps the accessories out of a card shop's alerts.
Only deals, in the monitor's What should we tell you about? list: only tells you about things reduced by at least the percentage you choose. It holds back full-price restocks as well, so leave it off unless discounts are all you want.
Keyword tasks
A keyword task looks at the alerts coming from your monitors for product names you care about, and sends the matches wherever you choose: a Discord channel just for booster boxes, say. Tasks live on the Keywords page. They add to your normal alerts and don't replace them.
Press Create Task and give it a name.
Under Include keywords, type a word or a phrase and press Enter. Each one becomes a chip, and two chips match either word. For a product that must have both words, put them in one chip with a comma between them: "destined, rivals". A * stands in for anything.
Under Exclude keywords, add anything that should never match.
Type a product's name into Test against a product name to see whether the task would catch it.
Choose which monitors the task covers and which kinds of alert, such as restocks or price drops.
Under Where it sends, add a Discord webhook or an email address. A match also reaches any phone or computer you've turned alerts on for.
A task matches on the product's name and nothing else. An email it sends counts towards your monthly allowance like any other.
Scoping a task to a monitor group
A new task covers every monitor. To narrow it, untick Apply to every monitor, then pick monitor groups, single monitors, or both.
Groups stay live. File a new monitor into "Pokemon shops" and every task scoped to that group picks it up straight away, with nothing to edit. Monitors you tick one by one don't work that way: they are a snapshot of what you ticked on the day.
Hearing from a monitor only through tasks
Once you have a task, each monitor's settings gain a Where alerts go choice. Only through keyword tasks stops that monitor's ordinary alerts, so you only hear from it when a task matches. Anything no task matches is dropped completely and won't show on your dashboard either, so use it with care.
