Proxies route a monitor's requests through other IP addresses. They help you:

  • Avoid rate limits by spreading requests across IPs.
  • Keep fast intervals working on sites that block repeat requests.

Adding proxies

Go to Proxies, create a group, and paste your list (one per line, in the format host:port, host:port:user:pass, or protocol://user:pass@host:port). StockWatch rotates through the group automatically and tracks each proxy's health. You can copy a group's proxies back out any time with the copy button.

Assign a proxy group to a monitor from the monitor's settings. If you don't set one, server-side monitors use a shared default pool.
