StockWatch has three plans. Free costs nothing and needs no card. Standard is £4 a month, or £40 if you pay for a year. Power User is £20 a month, or £200 for a year.
What each plan includes
Monitors, the number you can have: 5 on Free, 50 on Standard and unlimited on Power User.
Cloud monitors, the number that run from our servers at the same time: 1 on Free, 10 on Standard and 50 on Power User.
The fastest a monitor checks: every 60 seconds on Free, 15 seconds on Standard and 5 seconds on Power User.
Single products you can watch: 15 on Free, 150 on Standard and unlimited on Power User.
Alert emails a month: 30 on Free, 300 on Standard and 1,500 on Power User.
Watching a whole shop, and not only its newest products, comes with the Standard and Power User plans.
Keyword tasks come with the Standard and Power User plans.
Teams come with the Power User plan.
Some shops need a paid plan too. Each shop's guide under Supported Sites on the Help home says which. Pokemon Center queue alerts are on every plan, including Free. The full comparison is under the plans in Settings.
When you reach a limit
A padlock on a shop. That shop's monitor comes with a higher plan. Where StockWatch can, it also offers to watch the page from your own browser with the Chrome extension, which works on any plan.
"Monitor Limit Reached". You have as many monitors as your plan allows. Delete one you no longer need, or upgrade.
"Saved, and paused for now". Your plan's cloud monitors are all in use, so the new monitor is kept but not running. StockWatch asks which one you'd like running, and you can swap them whenever you like. To have more going at once you can upgrade, run one in your own browser, or give one proxies of your own.
A message that you are watching as many products as your plan allows. Stop watching one, or upgrade.
A banner saying you've used all your email alerts for this month. Email starts again on the 1st. Until then alerts still show in StockWatch and on any phone or computer you've turned them on for. See Setting up alerts.
"Confirm your email to add another". An account runs one monitor until its email address is confirmed. Click the link we sent you when you signed up.
Pay on the checkout page. We charge in pounds whichever country your card is from, and your bank handles any conversion.
If you close the checkout without paying, nothing is charged and your plan stays as it was.
Cancelling, or changing your card
Press Manage Billing on your plan in Settings. It opens your billing page, where you can cancel or change the card you pay with.
When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the time you've paid for, and Settings shows the date. Until that date, Resume subscription undoes it.
If a payment fails, a banner appears across the top of StockWatch with an Update payment method button.
What happens when a paid plan ends
You move to Free and nothing is deleted. Monitors that were checking faster than Free allows are slowed down, and they go back to their old speed if you upgrade again. Free runs 1 cloud monitor from our servers at a time, so if you had more than that going, the others wait. A monitor that's waiting says Not running on its card, with the ways to start it.
