Pokemon Center Delay: 30th Celebration ETB Now November

Pokemon Center UK now expects to ship its 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box, both Tech Sticker Collections and the Eevee 2-pack in mid to late November. Nothing has been charged, and the email comes with 10% off your next order.

Pokemon Center UK now expects to ship four 30th Celebration products in mid to late November 2026, two months after the set came out. They are its exclusive Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box, both Tech Sticker Collections and the Eevee card with 2 booster packs and coin. The Pokemon Center delay is on each product page, and on launch day, 16 September, we got the email for an order holding all four. It says some products are "taking longer than expected to produce". Your preorder has not been cancelled and nothing has come off your card, because Pokemon Center only charges when an order ships.

By way of apology, the email offers 10% off your next order. If you do not want to wait for the Elite Trainer Box, the regular 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box came out in UK shops on 16 September at £49.99 RRP. It has two fewer packs, though, and one Nidorina promo instead of two.

  • Four Pokemon Center UK listings now say "mid to late November 2026". They are the exclusive Elite Trainer Box (£56.99), both Tech Sticker Collections (£14.99 each) and the Eevee card with 2 booster packs and coin (£9.99).
  • Early October still stands for the Booster Bundle and Mini Tins. The Entertainer lists its Tech Sticker Collection and 2-Pack Blister as "Delayed" too, so those two are late outside Pokemon Center as well.
  • Production is the only reason the email gives. Pokemon Center's own table of preorder ship dates still said mid-September when we read it on 16 September.
  • Nothing has been charged. Pokemon Center takes payment when the order ships and re-checks your card 3 to 5 business days before that, so the check moves to November too.
  • You can cancel until the order is processed, but Pokemon Center will not promise the box goes up for preorder again.
  • The 10% off is for your next order, not this one.
  • At £56.99 for 11 packs, the Pokemon Center box is £5.18 a pack. The regular box is £5.55 a pack at its £49.99 RRP.

What did the Pokemon Center delay email say?

Not much. It says some products related to your order are taking longer than expected to produce and gives mid to late November as the new estimated ship date. It also offers 10% off your next order at Pokemon Center UK, with a code to use at checkout. Ours was one order with all four of those products in it. The email only says "some products", but all four product pages now carry the November date. If you preordered anything else from the set, check its own page.

We are reaching out to let you know some products related to your order are taking longer than expected to produce... The new estimated ship date for your order will be mid to late November.

The product pages say the same in their own words. The Elite Trainer Box listing reads "We expect to ship this product in mid to late November 2026", and the other three carry the identical line. Each also still says your card will not be charged until the item ships, and that you can cancel the preorder.

Which 30th Celebration products are delayed?

Four, going by Pokemon Center UK's own product pages on 16 September. Pokemon Center has not published a list, and its Estimated Preorder Release Dates table had not caught up when we read it that day. Updated on 15 September, it still put all four under mid-September for the UK, US and Canada, alongside the Knock Out Collection, which we could not find a UK listing for. The next products due, the Booster Bundle and Mini Tins, have not moved.

Two of the four are late outside Pokemon Center too. The Entertainer's Pokemon page listed its 30th Celebration Tech Sticker Collection and 2-Pack Blister as "Delayed" on both 15 and 16 September. The 2-Pack Blister is the same Eevee product under a shorter name, and everything else in The Entertainer's range says released on the 16th. So switching shops may not get you those two any sooner.

The US listing for the Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box had no ship date on it at all when we read it that day. Nothing we have found says the US or Canada is affected. There is one earlier 30th Celebration delay on record, also in the US: the Binder Collection moved from 2 October to 4 December, PokeBeach reported on 4 September.

What caused the Pokemon Center delay?

Pokemon Center has not said, beyond the wording of the email. "Taking longer than expected to produce" points at making the products rather than shipping them, but that is the only clue. When the Binder Collection slipped, PokeBeach said delays like that often come from trouble sourcing or making one of a product's components. The other usual causes it gave were assembling enough of the product in time and shipping it to certain markets in time.

It is also the latest in a run of problems for UK orders. At the turn of July and August, CEVA Logistics, a Pokemon Center logistics provider, had a cyber incident. Pokemon Center then cancelled some UK and German orders, 30th Celebration items among them, as BleepingComputer reported on 17 August. Pokemon Center's UK support notice says some UK orders "may take longer than usual to process, dispatch, and deliver". And on 14 September, Insider Gaming reported that UK customers had not been charged for 30th Celebration preorders while US customers had. Pokemon Center has not connected any of that to the November date.

Should you wait for November or buy the regular Elite Trainer Box?

It depends what you want the box for. If you are after the Pokemon Center exclusive, waiting is the only way to get it for £56.99, and it is the cheaper box per pack. If you want to open 30th Celebration now, the regular box is the one in UK shops. Our comparison of the two boxes covers the rest of the differences. The Tech Sticker Collections and the Eevee blister leave less to decide. They are delayed at The Entertainer as well, and Pokemon Center's £14.99 and £9.99 are at or under Asmodee's RRPs of £16.99 and £9.99.

The £49.99 is the recommended retail price from Asmodee, the UK distributor, and the £56.99 is Pokemon Center's own UK price. Shops can charge more than RRP in launch week, and every pound over it only widens the per-pack gap.

What should you do with a delayed Pokemon Center preorder?

  1. Leave it if you want the exclusive

Nothing has been charged, and the order holds your place. Cancel it and Pokemon Center says it cannot guarantee the same item will be up for preorder again.

  2. Keep your card valid until it ships

Pokemon Center re-checks your card 3 to 5 business days before shipping, which now means November. If the card has expired or been replaced by then, the order is cancelled and cannot be reinstated.

  3. Cancel from Order Details if you would rather not wait

Press Cancel Preorder on the Order Details page. If you checked out as a guest, use the UK Order Status page with your order ID and postcode. It only works before the order is processed, and the status can take up to 24 hours to change.

  4. Read the terms before counting on the 10% code

It is for your next order. Pokemon Center says select promotions may not be eligible for preorders, so check before you plan to use it on the next exclusive.

  5. Set an alert for your next chance

Put a monitor on a UK shop's 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box page for a restock alert, and add the Drop Watchdog if you want to know when the Pokemon Center queue goes up again.

The first four steps come from Pokemon Center's Preorder FAQ, read on 16 September. The card check is the one that catches people out, because two months is long enough for a card to expire or be replaced. Why Pokemon Center preorders get cancelled goes through what fails and how to avoid it.

Will Pokemon Center restock the 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box?

It will not say. The UK listing shows the box as unavailable with a purchase limit of 2. On restocks, the 30th Celebration FAQ says this:

We are not able to share whether 30th Celebration products will be restocked or when they will be restocked.
Pokemon Center Support, 30th Celebration TCG FAQ

If more do go on sale, expect the same virtual queue the FAQ describes for launch. Exclusive Elite Trainer Boxes tend to sell out fast, so an alert will reach you sooner than checking the page by hand.

How do you get an alert when the 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box is back?

A StockWatch monitor on a UK shop's 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box page sends a restock alert when it can be bought again, by email, browser push or Discord. For Pokemon Center, the Drop Watchdog sends an alert when the queue goes live and again when it clears, and our queue status page shows the same thing to anyone. The watchdog is on every plan, including Free, and its help page covers the setup. Our 30th Celebration UK launch guide covers the chase cards and the products still due before December, and the 30th Celebration set page keeps the UK RRPs.

Why is my Pokemon Center order delayed until November?

Pokemon Center says some products are "taking longer than expected to produce" and has given no other reason. Four 30th Celebration products now show mid to late November 2026 on their UK product pages. They are the Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box, both Tech Sticker Collections and the Eevee card with 2 booster packs and coin.

Has my Pokemon Center preorder been cancelled?

No. A delay email moves the ship date and leaves the order open. The risk comes later: if your card fails the check Pokemon Center runs 3 to 5 business days before shipping, the preorder is cancelled then and cannot be reinstated.

Have I been charged for a delayed Pokemon Center preorder?

No. Pokemon Center charges when an order ships. You may have seen an authorisation hold when you ordered, and the Preorder FAQ says that drops off after 5 to 7 business days.

Can I cancel a delayed Pokemon Center preorder?

Yes, until it is processed. Use Cancel Preorder on the Order Details page, or the UK Order Status page if you checked out as a guest. Pokemon Center does not promise the item will go up for preorder again.

Does the 10% code apply to the delayed order?

No. The email offers 10% off your next order at Pokemon Center UK. The Preorder FAQ says select promotions may not be eligible for preorders, so read the code's terms before planning to use it on one.

Is the Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box worth waiting for?

On price, yes. At £56.99 for 11 packs it works out at £5.18 a pack, against £5.55 for the regular box at its £49.99 RRP. You also get a second Nidorina promo with the Pokemon Center logo. If you want to open the set now, the regular box is the one to buy.
